(1) A person shall obtain a permit as per schedule-5 from the Dastur Tiri Chief as prescribed by the chief before starting commercial work on the privately owned land while doing business or any other work on the government-owned land within the conservation area, using natural resources or affecting the natural resources of that area.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the chief may specify the necessary conditions while granting the permit and if those conditions are not complied with or cannot be fulfilled, the chief may cancel the said permit and order the work to stop.
(3) Local consumers should be given priority while giving permission to do any work as per sub-rule (1).
